Michele’s mum and dad’s house in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside was the venue for their wedding.

A stunning garden on a stunning Scottish day with family and friends from all over the globe with them.

How these 2 met is a story in itself when they lived thousands of miles from each other on the other side of the world.

But fate made sure that this match in heaven did meet..

The wedding party were fantastic fun with accents from all over the world.

They were so happy to see the girls marry the love of their lives in such a stunning spot.

This ceremony was so chilled it was about declaring their love for each other and sharing their story with the family.

We had a handfasting included in the ceremony and a furry ring bearer.

Their Story



first date

Desi and Michele’s first date was on a trip back to the airport for Michele to return home to Scotland,

A date they both knew was going to go further no matter the miles between them.



proposal

Michele proposed to Desi on a riverbank after dinner one night in Aberdeen.

And if Desi had only known it was happening, she would have taken the ring she had for Michele.



the family

The girl’s families were wonderful people, so excited for the ceremony and the celebrations to follow.

You could feel the love flowing from everyone in the wedding party towards the ladies.

Mary was a brilliant celebrant and ambassador for our perfect day. The time she takes to get to know both people allows for flexibility and creativity in creating your ideal day.
